• We can’t take the parcel off the market forever.  You’ll have 10 days after you leave the island to decide if you’re moving forward.
• If you visit & don’t buy, you will be charged $500 for lodging, transfers & cleaning.  We think you’ll agree that we’ve negotiated a pretty good deal to stay in a private villa on a private island.
