The developers have decided to use a modern-meets-jungle design. Thatch roofs, bamboo framing, teak floors, and glass walls. Yeah, glass walls.

Can you imagine waking up in your villa on a private island, watching the sunrise over the water from your bed, and having monkeys and toucans right in plain view? You’re watching all of this from the comfort of your bed in your air conditioned bedroom!

That’s the luxury-in-the-jungle that these guys are creating for themselves on Boca Chica Island.
