A report from Financial Times shows Managua, Nicaragua is leading the way in Latin America with one of the best laid out strategies for foreign direct investment. Financial Times FDI Intelligence division ranks Managua third in the hemisphere behind Montreal and Toronto in the category of strategy for attracting Foreign Direct Investment.
