https://vivatropical.com/property/listing/667198/ If you are looking for a lot with 2,300 foot altitude (nice climate!) and cheerful friends (nice neighborhood), check out this one on the road up past San Josecito. All of the land is usable and is already planted with a variety of mature fruit trees. From the top, where you would put your home, you can see across the big valley to the Pacific. The other direction has a huge valley/mountain view, making it hard to choose which direction you want to look. Both? The property is about a 20-minute drive from the highway. Much of that is always kept in great condition. The rest is safely drivable, although somewhat slower. Has anyone else heard rumors about that road being paved as an alternate route to San Isidro? Probably not something to count on right away, but if it happens this property is going to be in the right place at the right time. There is ASADA water. Electricity runs right by it. The logical entry point is a side road that goes up behind it and borders it.
