A terrace overlooks the infinity pool with pool bar, both offering a fantastic view over the water to the mainland. This is from where you can climb the look-out. A heated jacuzzi is elevated above the pool. The restaurant is served by a fully-equipped kitchen which has a cool room, storage areas, professional ice machines, 2 fridges and ceramic floor-to-ceiling tiles. 4 luxury cabanas: A tropical pathway takes you to your private air-conditioned 600 square foot cabana, beautifully appointed with all the comforts of a world-class resort in a remote jungle atmosphere. The two-bedroom open-plan design includes a spacious luxury bathroom, fully equipped living area and private terrace, suitable for a maximum of four people. The Lodge can comfortably sleep 6 people and was designed for privacy – ideal for a private group. It comprises a lounge, a private dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, its own outside bar and barbecue area, a large entertainment terrace as well as a second private terrace, equipped with TV, plus separate male and female toilets. In addition there is a floating dock with a led illumination walkway. The floating dock needs to be replaced due to age however the concrete dock walkway leading to tidal walkway is new and covered with luxury Coralline tiles, complete lighting system from dockside to restaurant with led lights and partial stain steel railing, three concrete block dockside storage rooms with electric doors and three chamber septic system have been built for 8 additional cabins. The electricity is municipal and comes from the mainland and is backed up by a diesel / electric generator which covers the entire property. Two crystal-clear wells supply the water.
