The master bedroom also has front facing ocean views! There is all kinds of storage space for everything you will pack...although you really don't need more than your own clothes! The second and third bedrooms each have their own private bathrooms also. The closet space in these two bedrooms is awesome also. The kitchen is l-shaped and has lots of space. It is fully appointed with everything you need to entertain. The laundry room is conveniently located off of the kitchen. There is a maids room which has a lot of storage for things you may want to take to the beach. The building boasts a kids playground and a tennis court...which is hard to find in most buildings in Salinas. The owner has even left rackets for you to use! This unit has a private generator if the electricity were to go out. This price is for a long term tenant. Call for short term rates depending on the time of year.
