Las Quebradas is located in lowest area of La Paz and is where all the Quebradas (Rainy Season Streams) flow next to beautiful places to live.

Most every site has a quebrada running by that can be enjoyed by listening to the sound or highlighted as a feature by designing spaces to be near them.

Some are springs coming out of the earth and others flow more when it rains hard, but each is unique and makes one feel a part of nature.

Each quebrada is also a hot spot for viewing the animals that live in the jungle of which there are many.

There are not as many views from these lots, but the jungle experience is second to none.

Running water, large trees, and jungle foliage and good size lots create a refuge from the rest of world.
